Maceration for 10-15 days in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The wine then rests in stainless steel tanks until January following the harvest, then refines in used French oak Tonneux (medium toasting), for 12 months in a controlled temperature environment. At the end, further rest for 2 years in stainless steel tanks and another 6 months in the bottle.
